1. Custom Cable Orders

All custom-made cables are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Each cable is handcrafted according to your specific configuration — including wire type, length, termination, connector type, and other personal customizations.
Because these items are made to your exact request, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has begun or the order has been shipped.

Please double-check all order details before confirming your purchase. If you are unsure about compatibility or need guidance before placing a custom order, feel free to contact us — we’ll be happy to assist.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will review your case and, if applicable, arrange for repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Custom cables will be repaired under our warranty policy, but not refunded.


3. Warranty Coverage

All Satin Audio cables include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., soldering, internal wiring issues) within the warranty period stated on your product page or invoice.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, wear and tear, or improper handling.


4. How to Start a Return or Warranty Claim

Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.


6. Important Notes

Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments — please use a trackable shipping method.
